How many of you feel completely exasperated by the companies that provide broadband and telecommunications? These companies all profess to be experts in communication, yet any dealings with them would invariably prove that they would not know the first thing about talking with each other and more importantly, you the customer.
In this day and age where we all rely so heavily on our broadband choice, we often feel confused over the deals that are available and the which are the very best telecommunications company to go with.
I have encountered this exact problem quite recently. I was fed up with paying such an extortionate rate every month to my telecommunications company - in fact, around £50, and this included TV, phone and allegedly super fast broadband - which really is a matter of opinion.
So, I approached another company - one that has two famous letters - and OMG! this company was even worse than the one I was with originally. From start to finish they cocked-up every step of the way.
They took ages connecting us and this was despite the fact that they promised to connect us by a certain date, which never happened. Then, after umpteen heated arguments with Asians that struggled to speak the Queen’s English, I asked to terminate the contract. They still charged us for services we have never had.
The long and short of this is that you need to be careful over the telecommunications company you go for. You may also find that the biggest and longest serving company in the market is definitely not the best!
